Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
No — all prices listed are exclusive of VAT. If you're an EU business, you can avoid VAT entirely by entering your intra-Community VAT number when you sign up — the reverse-charge mechanism will apply and no VAT will be added to your invoice. EU customers without a VAT number will have VAT added at checkout. Customers outside the EU — including the US — pay the listed price with no VAT added.
Can I try Studio features before upgrading?
Yes. Every Studio feature is available to explore on any plan — you can set up branding, configure advanced sharing, and try everything out before committing. Your work is saved throughout. The only difference is that Studio-only features won't be visible to your clients until you upgrade. No pressure, no expiry on the trial.
What counts as an active project on the Solo plan?
Any project you're currently working on. Solo gives you three active projects at a time — if you finish a project and archive it, that frees up a slot for a new one. Archived projects on Solo are kept for one year. On Studio and Agency, projects and archives are kept permanently.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes to both. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings whenever you want — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel or move to Solo, your projects and data stay exactly where they are. You just won't be able to create new ones beyond the Solo limit. Your work is always yours.
When does the Agency plan make sense?
When you're running a larger studio and the per-seat maths of Studio stops making sense. Agency is a flat €200 a month for unlimited seats — no counting heads, no tracking who needs access. It also includes white-glove onboarding, which means we'll help your team get set up, import your first projects, and make sure everyone is comfortable before day one.
