From Product details, add the product to every space it's used in. Shared details like price, supplier, images and notes stay consistent everywhere automatically. A product can only be placed once in the same space, so there's no risk of accidental duplicates either.

With Spaces sorting off, a multi-space product collapses into a single row showing how many spaces it's in. Hover the Spaces cell to see the breakdown by room, quantity and status.

Use All statuses in Product details to update every space together, or change a single space's status from the sheet without touching the others.
